Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 24–48 hours after payment is received.
The maximum delivery time is 96 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If a product is temporarily out of stock, our support team will contact you to offer a quick solution and provide an updated delivery estimate.
Shipments are made Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) via DHL, UPS, or GLS. No shipments will be made on December 24 or 31.
You will receive a tracking number at the email address provided during checkout.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
A first delivery attempt will be made to your address. If you’re unavailable, the courier will try to leave a delivery notice. However, this may not always be possible if access to your building is restricted.
If you are also absent during the second attempt, the package will be held at your local courier office for pickup.
If you haven’t been contacted by the courier, please refer to the information in the shipping email, or contact us at hola@dogarmour.com for assistance.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email to track your order in real time.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your address before placing an order. Once a shipment has been dispatched, the address cannot be modified without additional shipping costs.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of receiving your order, and the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
If the order has already been shipped, you must wait to receive the package and then proceed with a return. In this case, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with all original labels and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a 100% refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Returns sent without prior email notification will not be processed.
Product Use and Safety Disclaimer
We recommend using our sleeves and leg protectors under a training suit or over a neoprene layer for optimal safety and performance.
Dog Armour PRO is not responsible for any consequences resulting from improper use of the product, whether affecting people or dogs.
Any incident, injury, or damage caused by inappropriate use will be the sole responsibility of the user.
Wrong or Defective Product
