Shipping Policy

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 – 72 business hours after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time is up to 96 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, our customer support team will contact you promptly to offer an alternative solution or provide an updated delivery estimate.

Shipments are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, via FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS or GLS. No shipments are made on December 24 or December 31.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.


Delivery Issues

What if I am not available at the time of delivery?

The carrier will attempt delivery at the address provided during checkout. If you are unavailable, the carrier may leave a delivery notice or attempt a second delivery, depending on local carrier policies.

If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be held at the carrier’s local facility for pickup. Dog Armour PRO is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

How can I track my order?

You can track your shipment using the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be modified without additional shipping costs.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at hola@dogarmour.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once shipping has commenced.


Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at hola@dogarmour.com. If the order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be processed as a return in accordance with the Returns Policy below.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at hola@dogarmour.com within the withdrawal period. Returned items must comply with the return conditions outlined below.


Returns Policy (All Customers)

You may request a return within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email hola@dogarmour.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Returns must be approved by our support team before shipment. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition

  • Include all original labels, packaging, and accessories

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of incorrect or defective products (see below).

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a 100% refund of the product price will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.


Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us at hola@dogarmour.com within 7 calendar days of delivery, including:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence, if applicable

If the issue is due to our error or a manufacturing defect, Dog Armour PRO will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Returns may be denied if the product shows signs of misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification.


Product Use and Safety Disclaimer

Dog Armour PRO products are designed exclusively for professional training purposes and controlled environments. These products are not personal protective equipment (PPE), and are not certified as safety or protective devices under any national or international standards.

The use of training sleeves, leg protectors, and similar equipment involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury to humans and animals. For optimal safety and performance, we strongly recommend using our sleeves and leg protection only in conjunction with a certified training suit, and/or appropriate protective layers, such as neoprene, and exclusively by experienced and qualified users.

By purchasing and using Dog Armour PRO products, the user acknowledges that they:

  • Have the necessary training, experience, and judgment to assess and manage the risks involved;

  • Assume full responsibility for the proper, lawful, and intended use of the products;

  • Accept all risks associated with their use, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dog Armour PRO disclaims any liability for injuries, damages, losses, or incidents resulting from improper, negligent, reckless, or unauthorized use, misuse, modification, or use contrary to provided recommendations or industry standards.

Except where prohibited by law, Dog Armour PRO disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in this section shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
