Shipping

Orders generally ship in 24-48 hours after receipt of your payment.

The delivery time is a maximum of 96 hours without counting weekends or holidays. If there is no immediate availability of the requested product, our incident team will contact you to provide a quick solution and to inform you of the new delivery time once the selected product is available. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, except holidays, through the transport company DHL or GLS. On December 24 and 31, no shipments will be made. 

The buyer will receive the tracking of his order in the email provided during the purchase process.

What to do if I am absent from my home on the day of delivery?

A first delivery will be made at home and if you are absent at the time of delivery, they will try to leave a notice on the door of your home or in the mailbox. It is not always possible to leave a note since sometimes the courier cannot access the portal or the housing complex. If you are also absent on the second delivery, the order will remain at the agency so that you can pick it up at the local office in your area. If for any reason the transport agency has not contacted you, you can contact them using the contact information contained in the email they have sent you or if you need help, you can write to us at hola@dogarmour.com  so that we can provide you with information about your order. 

How can I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment using the link that you will find in the email that confirms the shipment of your order.

What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?

We recommend that you review the address indicated when placing your orders to ensure that the data is correct and complete, since it is not possible to change the address once the shipment has already been made without generating an additional shipping cost. If you detect any incorrect data, write to us as soon as possible at hola@dogarmour.com

Cancellation of orders

The customer has the right to cancel any order he has placed, and receive a refund of his money, as long as it is done within 7 days of receipt and the order is in the original conditions of its shipment. In the event that the order has already been processed and shipped, the customer must wait to receive the merchandise and then return the order. In this case, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Returns

Returns will not be accepted after 15 days from the purchase.

The return of the purchased products can be made by ordinary mail, to the following postal address:

Prior to sending the package, an email must be sent to hola@dogarmour.com indicating the reason for the return, as well as the order number.

The shipping costs of the products that are to be exchanged or returned by mail will be borne by the customer, and dog armour PRO cannot under any circumstances accept returns sent postage due. All returned products must retain the labels with which they were sent.

The item to be returned must be in perfect condition, in the same conditions in which it was sent.

USE AND UTILIZATION OF OUR PRODUCTOS

We  recommend using our sleeves and legs protection under the training suit, or with a neoprene layer underneath.

dog armour PRO is NOT responsible for the consequences derived from improper use, neither in people nor in dogs.

Any incident, consequence, or damage derived from inappropriate use will, be the, sole and exclusive, responsibility of the user

Wrong or defective product

If you have received an erroneous or defective product, contact us by sending an email to hola@dogarmour.com, indicating the order number, product details and the reason for return. You have 7 days from receipt of the order to proceed with the return. The return costs in the event of an error or defect in the product are borne by dog ​​armour PRO, provided that it was not a defect caused by misuse of the product, and in this case, the return may be denied.
